when i use abdominal machinery and i run, my belly will appear to be shrunk, but i drink water or eat, it will bulge again, and i mean really bulge, it is pissing me off, makes me want to wuit losing weight, pls help
i would suggest training the transverse abdominus.. i had the same problem that after i would eat my stomach would bulge out of control. look into adding vaccuums to your routine. it may also be a problem with your lower back, as you need to keep symmetry b/t your abdominal development and your erector spinae.. so i would look into some core training exercises (ie reverse planks, superman, etc.)
