Okay well this is my first post, and I am a little confused with the Nutritional plan. Now I have read some posts and understand the body needing a sufficient amount of calories to burn fat, but I really dont know how I am going to hit the 4600 or so calorie mark that the nutrition plan suggests. I started eationg 5-6 meals a day, but I dont know what i need to eat to get my calories up. I feel that the food i am eating is pretty healthy (except for that double double my wife brought home for me today...LOL) but it seems the food with higher calories usually has higer fat content. How can I get my calorie count up? Also, am I getting calories from the protein, carbs and fat? Or is that included in the calories per serving on the package?

there are 4 calories per gram of protein and carb, and 9 calories per gram of fat.. have you checked out the healthy guide to eating in the diet forum? that will give you a great standpoint to get things started.. if you are exercising regularly, supplements may come into play as well..
