:surprised: I'm just wondering, how long should I be working out? I have learned in the past that bodybuilder's can workout up to 8 hours a day 4 days a week or more. Of course I don't have that kind of time. But as far as building mass how long should I be going? The program I'm set up on here at FT, takes about 45 minutes. Should that be all?

45 minutes to an hour.. remember, those bodybuilders have devoted their life to working out, its their job.

I have just heard that some of them work out 8 hours a day. Don't know if it's true or not. I would hate to know I had to work out 8 hours to get big muscles.
