Hey all. I am new to freetrainers and have been reading the amazing stuff here for a couple weeks. I just wanted to pass along this article that critiques Atkins, and repeats a lot of the good information found on this board:
The best way to lose weight is not by Atkins, or any diet for that matter. Try to incorporate 55-60% of your calories from carbohydrate (about 110-120 g carb).
ok...great post, but I don't really think that the 55-60% of the calories that come from carbohydrates equals only 110 to 120 grams of carbs. I don't know can someone explain that one to me?
