With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I did that the other day, so I just did my workout the next day. Since you shouldn't be working the same muscle groups two days in a row this should be fine. And my original workout from ft was monday, tuesday and friday, tho I did change it to every other day with the weekends off.
On the cardio I'm not much help there. I know when I start feeling out of breath I need to take a deep breath in through my nose and then out through my mouth to get the oxygen flowing good. Thats about all I know there.
