1. what if i got home from work late and missed a night of excercise on my fitness plan?

2. Is there anything that can help with my cardio, like breathing patterns or something?

Hello,

I did that the other day, so I just did my workout the next day. Since you shouldn't be working the same muscle groups two days in a row this should be fine. And my original workout from ft was monday, tuesday and friday, tho I did change it to every other day with the weekends off.

On the cardio I'm not much help there. I know when I start feeling out of breath I need to take a deep breath in through my nose and then out through my mouth to get the oxygen flowing good. Thats about all I know there.
