With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I am currently doing cardio 3 times a week, 2 being 2 sessions of 20 minute skipping ( i have to have breaks though) and the other being an hour of basketball (this really kills me, no breaks). But what foods should i be eating before and after my cardio? and how long before and after.
p.s. if it makes any diffence i am doind a weights program, i do weights 3 days a week and cardio 3 days a week, and 1 day of rest. (i dont do weights on consecutive days, niether do i cardio)
