With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
Seriously. I wake up at 3:30 am Mon-Fri to go to work. Since I have to be on the job so early, there's really no way for me to do cardio. I've read cardio in the morning is far more advantageous. How much am I missing out by doing cardio in the afternoon? What would you do if you were me?

absolutely nothing......it's actually easier to workout later in the day because your body's temperature is higher so you need less warm up....before exercising whether before hard running or weight lifting....
the reason people like to exercise in the morning is because it keeps them energized throughout the day....although 'your morning' is actually about 2am....so you can go running at 2 am if you live in a safe neighborhood or have a threadmill....I assyme you go to sleep very early....so if you get to bed at 6pm and get up at 2am....you still get your morning run...
