I started entering my food intake into the nutrition calculator, and it appears that I do not eat enough to even maintain my weight. I have never not ate because I am afraid of gaining weight. Stress has played a factor at times, but not on a regular basis. I eat when I am hungry, and I eat whatever I want. Yesterday, I was "paying attention" and trying to get calories and things up, and the only thing I did good on was fat grams. I listed the calculations below:

Calories 1342
Carbs 117
Protien 60.9
Fats 70.4 (well over)
I don't feel like I have a problem, but then I guess sometimes you just don't know.....

a lot of people say you should eat 1,500 calories a day but you're not too far beneath that. Maybe more all natural things? I wouldn't really be able to help you, honestly.
