I've always been a martial arts freak, but I've never seem to get the shape I want with it. I'm right now 6 foot 1 and 200 to 205 pounds, what else can I do with martial arts that will help me achieve my goal along with my work out plan?

If your talking about fitness conditioning, I suggest adding lots of cardio and bodyweight exercises. Martial arts doesnt seem to focus on conditioning as much as other sports like boxing, muay thai & kickboxing when it really should. Take a look at bruce lee, he came at a time when most MM didnt bother at all with fitness. He preached fitness, he had 120 books on bodybuilding alone.
