hey guys, i'm a 186lb(33% fat) 16 male. i've been trying for the last month to try and shed some pounds but i've been getting reallt frustrated. For the last to weeks i've been going to the gym and doing cardio for 30 min and some weight training. I've noticed that i've gotten more muscle mass but i haven't noticed a decrease in fat or weight. i don't know what i should do to see better results and i'm losing hope....
How do your pants fit? Better or worse?
Muscle weights more than fat, so unless you are measuring you BF% how do you know you are not losing fat?
Keep doing what you are doing and watch you diet (that is the key to fat loss)
