Ive been sick with a bad head and chest cold for the last couple of days. I haven't worked out or done any cardio. How should I be eating? Should I drop my calories any because I have not been working out or should I eat like I normaly do.
Eat like you would as always if you have the appetite.
Get well and don't try picking up where you left off. Go a litter lighter on the cardio and weights.
