I am new to the program, just started last week. I printed my Thursday exercise plan on Monday 1-17-05. Tonight after doing the plan as printed I went in to log my results and I have an entirely new plan. I mean none of the exercises are the same. How can this happen? How do I log my results for what I did when that does not match whats there now? Any suggestions?:surprised:

I've noticed that, too. My cardio stuff changes from one day to the next. I just go by my weekly print out and use that. Sorry I couldn't help more.
