Hey everyone, I'm new on here just signed up or whatever it is. I have read a few of the topics on the message board it looks like ya'll support each other and have become internet friends that is what i need is support. 9and friends) I am a mother of two boys one 3 and one just turned two. i have a wonderful husband but he is in the military and works a lot. i stay home with the kids all day. i am hoping to lose weight and get better exercise and eating habbits. any sugestions would be great. thank you.

Welcome Jecarter. You're right, the support here is great. Fill out your profile and tell us about yourself and your goals. Join the Monday check in group at the top of this topic. You won't find a more supportive group anywhere. Read the boards and use the fit buddy search engine at the bottom of this page to learn more on specific topics.
