Right now I'm using the freetrainers eight week overall fitness plan thing, but I'm just mainly interested in losing fat. I don't care about my weight, because I'm built big anyway, but I do need to lose fat. I've got the typical male problems... pecs, abs thighs and those annoying love handles. I'd really appreciate anyone who can suggest general workout advice and a good diet plan, because I'm really unsure about both right now. Thanks
A lot of people have ahd good results with the freetrainers workout (myself included), so I'd suggest sticking with that.
As for your diet, use the nutritional guide from this site to get an idea of how much you should be eating. For suggestions of food and recipies, have a look on the diet and nutrition board. "grocery list for a bodybuilder" is a good place to start.
