Powerlifting Questionnaire
How many times have you read an interview with a powerlifter and at the end of the interview, you feel as if you haven’t learned a thing? The questions and answers are vague, uninteresting and lack any depth whatsoever. There are tons of interviews and articles with so called experts, but rarely do you ever read anything by those that are in weight room; the ones doing the real work. In an attempt to help all powerlifters, from beginners to Elite lifters, EFS has put together a basic questionnaire to help answer some of the most basic questions that we’ve all had. Simply cut and paste these questions onto a Word Document and send them as an attachment to survey@elitefts.com. You can also cut and paste the questions and simply email them to the above address. Whatever you do, be sure that you keep the questions intact. If you have any suggestions or any other questions you feel need to be answered feel free to add them to the interview.
