I am getting back into lifting again after a few years off, and need some help with my diet, I see people saying to gain mass you need to take around 20 calories per pound of body weight with hi protein and low carbs, now is this true even for a person like me that is roughly 20 pounds over weight now, or is that for a person who is at the exact weight they should be at, I work out now 5 days a week around 2 hours a day plus my cardio routine, any help would be great.
