Ive gained almost 50 pounds at my non-active job.My pant size is up to a 36 from a 30 and i finnaly decided to do something. Eating right is really hard to do because their is free food all day long... every break i have,:(:( i get board and eat. most of waight is in the "stress" areas and i need a good program to get me back in shape
