I've posted about this before and tried all the sites on the nutritional facts of chicken breast, but every site is different and i can't get my diet straight till i know how much protein is in 6oz. of skinless bonless chicken breast(cooked) some sites say 57g.(nutritionaldata.com) which sounds right and that's what i'm figuring it is when working out my diet but some say in the 30g.(calorieking.com) range. Wondering you guys you the right figure.

I would buty it doesn't have a nutritional facts on the packaging, the's been the problem. I'm going to go carivan cause that sounds right to me plus that fits the 57g. i got on one site.

If I remember right the problem last time was a discrepancy between the packaging and the sites. If in doubt, and you have the packaging, I would go by the packaging. That will take into account any thing that might of been done to the chicken such as added water or, god forbid, some other caloric substance.

I think on average, anything meat wise about the size of your palm is about 40g protein.......if iIunder estimate, i can make up for it later. Coarse a chicken breast I usualy say at about 50, just to be safe.( if its about the size of my hand)

My wifes palm is burger pattie sized. Mine is like a T-bone steak. Use a food scale.
