With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
What in your opinion are the core vitamins, minerals, supplements, oils that a very active person should take in a day.
Currently I take
A regular multi-vitamin in the morning
30 mins before bed I have
25mg of B6
50mg of zing
500mg of magnesium
............................
I am probably missing some key stuff like Vitamin C, Omega-3's, Fish Oils, Flax oil... ??? Probably many more
What do you guys think?
What do you guys use every single day to stay big, strong and healthy?
These vitamins are ofcourse taken along with a very healthy diet or everything
