Hey,

I'm 17, 5'11" and 128 pounds as of a couple days ago.

My mom wants me to gain weight (fat), but I'm kind of hesitant to (I still have "lose" skin around my abs and I want to get rid of it). what do you think?

She wants me to eat late at night, but is that the best? Shouldn't I be eating during the day more? If so, should I eat whenever I'm hungry and not weight every 2-3 hours?

I'm not allowed to consume too much protein, only about 75g, because we've found a connection between protein and breakouts on my face.

I don't want to gain weight and have it all be flab.

I do the home workout routine provided on this website 3 times per week (pretty much). I use 15 pound barbells. I'm also taking college courses and working at Best Buy part-time so my time can be limited.

Give me your advice please!!!!

Thanks!!!!

Go to a dermatologist if you thinks there's a corrolation between consuming protein and acne - they'll probably tell you that's crazy. I remember a dermatologist coming into my high school years ago and saying that eating any type of food had an impact on acne. It all has to do with clogged pores, oil, and bacteria.
