I am using an Ab Rocker but it is hard to decide on the resistence. I also turn the ab rocker around and use it for rows...works very well. Is there anyone else using the Ab rocker?

i dont use it, but i asked a question once about resistance for toning. and from what i read on other posts and what i was told. it should be easy enough that you are be able to complete your sets, but not so easy that you dont feel anything (think difference from lifting a 2lb dumb bell to a 8lb). and then, i beleive, every week you increase your resistance little by little.
if you're trying to get bulk up, i have no clue about resistance.

looks intriguing to try, however just for your fyi.......its not just the crunch that builds the abbs. Abbs stablize, and they stablize when you do crunches to keep your body in line together. IF your in the rocker, its puts you in that "posistion" and your fairly at rest, so the stablizing muscles don't activate. SO your missing out on alot of abb work by using the rocker. Just my 2 cents though.
