look i'm going into my senior year but i'm skinny i mean i have like the workout body but i'm skinny and i wanna bulk up i mean i'm 5'7 and 130 pounds please i need somebody to help me, what do i need to eat to gain some more weight and size, i mean i'm tryin to look good and fit some clothes, please respond quick

you will get a personalised exercise and nutritional plan.
Try to eat food mostly from the "grocery list for a bodybuilder" (see diet and nutrition board) and also use a protein shake after lfting
