They have alot of caffine, an dother things in it for "engery", i'd watch it, that high of caffine, and running to me, just don't settle well, heart wise. But if you drink them alot, your nervious system will adapt to the stimulis(caffine) and it will take more and more to give you that engery "high". I wouldn't, but thats just me. -------------- if you kick a tiger in the @$$ , you then have to descide what to do with the teath end. any guy can hold a girl by the hand, but only the select few can hold her by her feet!

I guess my concern was if im taking redbull then Im I burning redbull for energy or using my own fat deposits. I feel fine when I drink one then run but if its negating my workout then Ill stop
