I realized in another post that the reason I can still not see my abs really clear and defined is because I have subcutaneous fat. I currently have 8% body fat (check out my profile) and am on the massive eating program.
What is the best way to eliminate that subcutaneous fat around my belly (I know there's no such thing as spot reduction)? Am I able to eliminate that fat by eating what I am eating right now? Should I be doing HIIT training? If so, how often, and do you have any HIIT workout suggestions?
Please help me!! I can see my abs when i flex them standing up, but they seem a little blurred.
