I am 16 years old. I am 5'10 155lbs. Recently over the last 6 months i have lost close to 60lbs. I am happy with my results but i have alot of loose skin basically i am not tight or tone i am flabby but not fat...Does that make since? I would really like to tone my body especially my abs arms and thighs any maybe lose about ten more pounds. When I did my body fat percentage on the internet it said i was at 26% body fat i do not know how accurate that is.... I am determined to have a toned body especially my waist and to lower my body fat perventage to about 12-15% How long would it take me to get down to that and to have a toned body. If anybody has any advice i would greatly appreciate it!!!!!!!!!

Congrats on the fat loss. Try the fat loss and toning program here on ft. If you don't go to a gym, clik on the home training. You will tighten up, and feel great.
Good luck.

1st off congrats
2nd 26% I dont' think is that bad, I have read, anything under 15, body fat for a girl isn't good. You can loose your period, and other health problems. You have to reamamber, girls have boobs, and will naturaly carry a lil more fat. Good luck

Way to go!
Toning takes time so you need to have realistic goals. Swimming is great.Try water aerobics or the treadmill of eliptical machines along with weight. Just don't give up and keep remembering how far you have already come.
