I would like to have bigger muscles but i`m afraid to gain to much weight...Can i add more muscle/weight w/out affecting my quickness?i play basketball THANX!!!

You don't have to sacrifice speed and quickness to gain weight. Explosive, multi-joint lifts like squats, cleans, deadlifts, and snatch can actually improve quickness. Look at Olympic sprinters and skilled positions in football; those are the fastest, quickest guys in the world, and very very few could be called skinny.
