Do you have access to a gym. You can use the Fitness Plan at the top of the page and you can select a workout and you can specify what you have access to. Are you currently exercising. As far as what to eat there is a post under Specific Diet call "Grocery List for a Bodybuilder" basically eat what is on that list. As far as how much of that to eat. Use the Nutritional Plan at the top of the page. Good Luck and Welcome.

Sorry, I missed your header. There is a post in the nutritional board with a red pin beside it entitled "grocer list for the body builder". Thats a great place to look at healthy foods. A good rule to remember is if it comes ready to eat in a box or bag, don't eat it.

:)I want to thank all of you .I did look into all suggestions. I'm currently exercising.Just started this week.Its been years of neglect and tho Iam not sick or have health issues.I need to lose weight. thanks again
