I am 14 years old. 126 lbs, 5"4. I have decided that to keep in shape I will work out at home. I plan to do 200 sit ups, 200 push ups, 200 crunches, 200 pull ups, 10 minutes of squatting, and running up a set of stairs 20 times (up and down) per day. Do you think that this regimen will be beneficial or that I should increase the amount of excercise? By when do you think I will begin to notice any visual change?

Good luck doing 200 pull ups.
-------------- Would it be classified as overly competitive if I refused to let a 4 year old beat me at chutes and ladders?

I imagine you could get a good base doing that, and then move on to weight training when you're a little stronger. Hec is right though....pull ups are hard as hell. Better make that number 20 or so.

Like he said, good luck with 200 pull ups. Those are buggers to do.
