With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
Right now my upper abs seem to buldge out a little bit. They usually tend to buldge out after I've eaten alot, but I haven't eaten for 12 hours and it still buldges out a little.
What do you think?
Why is it buldging?
I did work it hard yesterday. Could my muscles still be big from all the ab work I did yesterday?
ummm don't eat so much.........what I have alwaysherd is imagine your hunger on a scale from 1-5......1 being starving...5 being full as a tick.......eat till your a 3 or 4......never a 5. Could be gas, could be bloated........who knows?
