WOW! I just found the nutrition tracker yesterday and started using it. I think this will be just what I need to make sure that I am eating healthily. Does anyone else use it? Is it pretty accurate? It has me at 2011 cal per day which seems pretty high.

Using the tracker has been very enlightening. For one I do not eat enough carbs or calories. I am thinking perhaps the cause of my binging is because I do not eat properly to begin with. I have been working on increasing the food I eat in small meals during the day. I already have been feeling better with much more energy etc.. I am going to continue to do this and see how it all works out! I am excited that there is hope for me yet!

desbug, many here say the same thing about the tracker. It's a guideline. Try eating what it says for a week. If you gain weight drop your daily calorie intake by 250 cals keeping the percentages the same. When your weight stabalizes, drop another 250 for a couple of weeks and see what happens. Once you get to maintainance eating levels you can keep adjusting.
