2 excercises to try.......

Box dead lift.......stand on top of blocks or the step up thingies they use in the arrobics class, and perform deadlifts from the floor, up! Really makes you use the hams, and lower back muscles! Great for getting past a sticking point of getting off the floor.
"Super sumos" .....This is a sumo style dead lift( grip inside of the legs, legs wide, close grip on the bar. THis time get 2 step up thingies one for each foot, and perform it, just liek the box deadlifts. Really works the aductors and abductors, as well as lower back.

Its more of a "power style " since your legs are further apart, the range of motion is shorter, kinda liek a wide grip on bench press. I feel it more in the ouside of my legs and inside, instead of on top of the quad.
