Fat will feel kinda glompy like cotage cheese under the skin.......if you don't feel anything like that then it is skin. However your about 6ft tall and 130lbs?
1st thing your thin enoguh man, I see no point in you losing more weight. IF you have 7% body fat thats pretty low, I doubt you could get in lower and be healthy and fit.
Another thing you can only "spot" build so much of an area before its will stop growing.
That being said, your body won't build muscle anywhere, unless you have the right diet, abbs are built in the kitchen, no necasrly in the gym.
Everyones "6 pack" is different, not everyones will look like the guys in the magizines, my thing would be cut yoru self some slack man. I would love to have 7% body fat.
do you over train them?
hows your diet?
Do you use light restistance?
Do you go to a complete contraction?
how many reps are you doing?
Doing 2 and 3oo crucnes a day will get you a flate stomach, but not a defines stomach.
