Hi, my name is joe. My stats are 34.6% BF, weight 215, height 6 ft. and I really need some help. My workout routine is usually 25-30 minutes of HIIT cardio and moderate weight training. For 4-5 days.
What I really want to know is is it possible for me to loose 20% fat in 3 months with my cardio routine? Has anybody here done loosing 20% fat in 3 months? Is it even possible?
I will be very thankful if someone gives me advice in this issue.

You can safely lose about 2 lbs per week with proper diet and exercise. You may lose a little faster in the first few weeks as well. Your cardio exercise will help you lose weight but not necessarily fat.
The best way to lose fat is to gain lean muscle. This is done by resistance or weight training. When you lift weights, you build muscle. Muscle is the best calorie burner there is.
There is a post in the nutritional section Its called grocery list for the body builder. That is what you eat. Fill out your nutritional profile here at FT and it will tell you how much to eat.
Fill out an exercise profile and pick one of the programs here that meets your needs. Then fill out your personal profile and tell us about yourself and your goals. It helps us to help you.
To answer your question about 20% bf in 3 months, don't get too hung up on numbers. You will lose BF more rapidly in the beginning. It gets a little harder as you near your goal.
I promise you that if you make proper eating and exercise a lifestyle instead of a short term goal , you will get where you want to go.
Good luck and welcome to FT. Keep coming back.

Don't think bout the worries and percentages. just change your lifestyle and embrace the new you before you change shape. Once you have started down the road to a new lifestyle, you have instantly prolonged your life, improved your feeling of wellbeing, boosted your metabolism etc.. So give yourself a gold star for being an achiever and not a complainer. So you say 34% body fat. It sounds high and dangerous. But ignore that and concentrate on exercise and diet making your goal to weigh 2 pound less a week and to jog on to 2 miles(a day- start at 1/2 mile and progress) as soon as you can manage it, make it 3 miles by next 2 weeks etc,,, it's the long haul it could be years but it wont be 6 weeks- concentrate on cardio and weights to get fit...
You can be fat and fit at the same time, so take the tension away and you will eventually find you will be slim and athletic in a couple of years.
