Welcome to FT sorry I didn't respond yesterday was on a house cleaning binge :big_smile: Anyways I too just started a new "diet" this week, I am on day 4 of a new work out video set <it has 3 phases to it so you can progress over a 6 week period> It also has me drinking enough water to make Shamu homeless in a day :laugh: If you are here for weightloss support check out the "Monday Check In" post, lots of motivation going on in there on a daily basis!!
