i don't have alot of cash and i tried takeing vitamens didn't help much ....any idea's on a energy feel good boost not the jittery kind

proper diet and balanced. Go for a morning light jog. You will feel envigorated by this and more up to it for the day. I believe in ginseng and green tea or even ginger tea. Fresh fruit and veg.
Or fill up on taurine based energy drinks(banned in many countries)Red Bull or caffeinated pills like pro-plus. But best is diet and exercise everytime

I read that one apple in the morning was as good as a cup of coffee, I tried it at work one night and I was amazed, I felt that little burst of energy that I needed.

How about coffee :D

I find a good Complex carb helps with Energy, but when I need that Extra I throw back a coffee.
