I was on a website today and was lookin at there Assistance Excercises for Bench,Squat & Deadlift. There was a lot of Assistance Excercises for each lift. How would someone use these in there routine? Would it be on the same day as the lift or on other days?
The assistance exercises will help you past your "sticking" points. Basically, each lift incorporates a specific technique. Once you find out where your weak point is, that's where the assistance exercises will come in.
As an example, I had weak triceps in my bench. So, once a week, I would concentrate on tricep exercises as well as incorporate more back exercises.
Does this make sense?
