Can you lose weight and left weights at the same time or does that turn the fat into muscle and still makes you look big?

fat does not turn into muscle. But yes, you definately should lift weights when trying to lose.

willc85, you can't turn fat into muscle, so don't worry about it... now as big_j_scf says, you can lose weight, but you have to get your diet in order, follow a strict workout program and get your sleep too...

By losig weight I mean dropping your BF%

Hope this helps,
