hey everyone, I have been experiencing left shoulder pain (which is usuall for me) and left rib area pain, ok i dont think its on the ribs but its on the part from the left arm pit down.
I am left handed and it DOES hurt when I do serves and throwing motions... which is basically the same thing. Anyway Money is a slight problem because of mom's day but I am getting ben gay now.
Is it because my muscles are too weak in those spots to continually get massive movement in those positions? Will I have to live with the pain like my tendonitis? Are their any workout methods or remedies that will halt or cure the pain?
WILL TRY ANYTHING! repeat WILL TRY ANYTHING! the pain is not very intense but it still effects me when i serve or throw or do any over the head action with my left arm.

Give it a rest, sounds like the muscle is over worked.
