With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I am a 20 male in need of some serious chest toning. I have a feeling it has something to do with genetics, but my chest seems abnormally disproportional to the rest of my body. I have always been very athletic, but I need help in controlling the shape of my ever-forming "man boobs"!
Most of the work will come from proper dieting. The rest will come from various exercises that target that area...obviously. What do you do now for chest exercises?

Well, I play golf, so right now I am in-season and I mostly do decline pushups. When I am out of season I usually do various bench presses and cable crossovers. I tend to do light weight and a lot of reps. Also, you mentioned the proper diet, and I'm pretty sure I don't have that! I'm a poor college student without a whole lot of options, but I'm at the point where I'll do anything!
