Hello all! This is my first post ever so i am excited to get the ball rolling. I just have some general questions since i do not have much knowledge when it comes to muscles or fitness. I am a 16 year old male and i play soccer 3-4 days a week. However, my horrible eating habits and short, large muscular body type (5'9",160 lbs) have caused some questions to pop into my head. First off, I have recently lost my six pack since i am filling out more and i also have developed some minor lovehandles. As you might guess, I have a pretty large lower body due to my love for the game of soccer over that last 10 years. However, I am not sure if any of it is fat. how would i be able to tell if my Glutes have much fat on them or not? I always assumed that it was mostly muscle but now that i look at my whole body I am not so sure. What General exercises should i do to sculp my abs and lovehandles more? I am not a very serious trainer, I would just like to know what is most likely to work. Any advice would be appreciated.

You can't reduce fat from a specific spot. It kind of comes off where it wants. You lose the love handles with proper diet. Things can be sped along if you pick one of the FT workouts and give it a shot.
