I don't know if this is the right froum to post this but here's the question.

I need to lose about 30lbs in 1 to 2 months. What exactly do I need to do to lose that much weight. I am about 5'8 190 LBS, 30LBS over weight. I've cut back on soda and all that stuff. Do I need to drink wate only to lose that much weight or what Do i need to do? How many Carolies do I need to burn off and how much do I need to gain in order to lose that much weight in two months? Thanks, all these commericals are consfusing, etc.... Thanks agian.

you are unrealistic from a healthy diet perspective. 1 to 2 months is 8 weeks maximum. So you think 4 pound a week eh? Dream on...

Set a realistic goal and do all the nutrition centre stuff here to assist with your goals. All the answers are there.
Realistically aim at 2 pounds a week loss. Average out your calories to be about 1500 a day over 6 to 8 meal sittings(that way your snacking time is lost too). Ensure your diet has 5 fruits/veg portions each day. Limit bread and potato. Watch your portion sizes keep them quite small. Use for snacks celery, tomatoes or can you munch on raw brocolli and cauliflower? you could consider atkins style?
any training make sure you have a day off too. run a little early mornings 3 times a week- 10 mins at first and gradually do a bit more, in addition to your normal training. well that's some start up ideas but don't make an excessive unchievable demand on yourself because- when you 'fail' you wont like yourself and may give up all together.... now go measure yourself and get weighed so you can see where you have come from in 3 months time.
