Well I just had a minor procedure on my upper back, and wanted to know how soon is too soon to beging weight training again. I just have a couple of stiches though, and don't want them to pop open in a gym. I have a certain routine and don't really want to wait all that long.
If someone could give me a safe, and hopefully quick timetable, that'll be great.
Wait for as long as your doctor told you to wait. In the mean time, take walks,ride a bike, do activities that wont threaten the area you had surgery on.
