Im 16 and my body has stopped gaining muscle. I have improved in bicep,tricep and chest bust the rest stays still. I used to do up to 300 situps for a week but nothing really changed, yet my friends do less and have six pack.:( my mian concern is da chest. I can't the exercises on the site because I dont have the bench and I cant do pressups because of problem in the past. (nothing m,ajor but it stops me). Ist there any other ways of pumping my chest. I really need help.:(
