alright, i know i've been keeping y'all up to date pretty much with my progress (as well as pictures in my profile) and my excitement about personal achievements etc...but i really want to assess my goals...
My weight goal is to weigh 180-190. (185 is ideal)
I want to probably bulk up to like 190-200 and then cut down to 185 at a good definition (whats a good bf% for this, and how can i measure my current bf% ...never really looked into that)
I have been doing well with keeping my current calorie count up, but if anyone has any tips, id be more than eager to hear them (like favorite shakes/recipes) because i get my kitchen back in one month!!!!!!!!
But also, what are some good tips for cutting up once i've reached that point? Also, i think asimmer mentioned some tips on making you look more defined (such as a tan ) and some ways that i can achieve that...but i lost which post that was...and i can't find it for some reason.
I'm stoked :) plus next year, i'm probably joining a powerlifting team :) :) but yeah, thanks for any tips etc
