Welp, i decided i would begin to attempt to keep up my training logs...i started today (week 4 in my mass and strength program).

Feel free to browse and leave tips etc at your own will, i'm striving to make sure and have 100% perfect form in every exercise.

Also, i measured my bicep today (not that it matters much) but i was stoked to find i have added an inch. And this is without taking creatine...which i will begin this week as well. I'm just havin a damned good day

Way to go tex! Now, how did you measure it? Flexed or straight?

flexed :( only 13" but im happy. Its showin up everywhere

but good news is, my legs and everything else have grown as well, but my arms have never grown, thats why i was happy to see that they had...it amazed me.
