Don't waste your money on crap like that. Buy a glute-ham machine instead. You can work your hamstrings, lower back, and abs with that machine. It will make you better. The Ab Crapper won't!:angry:

It can be. It's not as effective but still gets the job done when you're on a short budget. I hook bands up to add resistance because we do not have a true reverse hyper machine.
