I just wanted to say thanks for the advice. I have been doing the abwork along with the good morinings and hypers. In only a few weeks I have been noticing that my lower back strength is starting to develop. I have been having less pain when I try to do hypers and deadlifts. Also just all around back pain from lifting has decreased. - Mike

Keep working with those movements and your back pain should eventually diminish completely. Mine did.
