hello
i have a real problem with shin splints usually in the morning. i hear theirs no cure for it but anybody have any advice in easing the pains.
all advice would be appreciated.

naseem....start at one end of a room and walk on your heels to the other side and then back. (1-4 times, depends how strong your shins are) put you your back up against a wall and lift your toes up off the ground. hold it there. then lower your toes (don't let them touch the floor) and raise, lower, raise etc. I usually do this right after I run.
