You should try eating 5-6 meals a day. This will increase your metabolism. With your current eating routine you are probably losing weight but from muscle. Also - don't forget some carbs at dinner.

I figured that if i get 2 to 3 shakes in a day, that would take care of a couple meals. I also thought that the carbs from the vegetables were enough?:surprised:

Ifyou are trying to bulk up you should try the ROCK's daily regimine.. It is in the latest copy of Mens health. Meal#1. 10 egg whites, scrambled, 3 servings cream of rice or 1 cup oatmeal, 3 rice cakes, 24oz water. Meal#2. 6-oz skinless grilled chicken breast, 1 cup grits, 6oz yams 1 cup steamed asparagus 24oz water. Meal#3. 6-oz water-packed tuna 1 Cup brown rice, 1 cup sliced cucumbers & 24oz water. Meal#4. 6-oz perch fillet 1 cup barley, 6-oz baked potato, 1 cup steamed green beans & 24oz water. Meal#5. 6-oz tenderloin 1 cup brown rice, 6-oz baked sweat potato, 1 cup peas, & 24 oz water. Meal#6. 10 eggwhites scrambled, 3 servings cream of rice or 1 cup oatmeal, & 24 oz water. This seems like a lot but man it sure sounds like it will put on some mass along with good workout regimine. Good luck!

thanks for all of your help first of all. Second of all i would like to say that i am trying to tone. I changed things a little bit. Now i do cardio on an empty stomach, and i included an extra shake in my diet(skim milk and protein). I do see a difference, but i feel that it's slowing down.
