Hello Die Hard Lifters, I am asking your advice for an overall workout to gain size and mass. I posted this on another section of this site, and was directed to here. I currently bench 300lbs 5"10 195-200lbs. My workout is getting stale, and I have reached a peak. I am looking for an awseome workout that will give me size and mass. I have my own gym equipment which consits of 400lb free weights, smith gym and a standard home gym. Db ranging from 30-70lb. I was and still use Arnolds workout from his experienced level. I do 5 sets of each body part on a scale of 15-10-8-6-4-4. I am in need of something else to change it up. I was told if anyone had one I would find it here. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT. Thanks a lot.

If a post was made in this section by Gatormade, read it. He has posted on squats , box squats, deadlift, bench press, navy seal workout and more. You will probably find what you seek and the you can ask questions. Hope this helps.

Arnold's workouts are based on a guy beaning out of his mind. Try the workout I posted on here under the title "Give this plan a try." It will beef you up. My question is this. What is your main goal: strength or size?

I see you said how much you bench?....what baout your other lifts?.....If you concentrate on one muscle group and the rest or weeaker or lack of, then you will get stuck strength and size wise.

My squat is 315lb last time which was 5 weeks ago. I broke my ankle and have been in a cast on crutches. I have another 4 weeks to go with the cast. Three pins are holding it together at this time. Dead lifts are weak however, I do them just to keep in check. Right now I am working upper body all parts while my lower is suffering. That is why I am looking for a new routine to have in place when I can finally start working all muscle groups. Thanks for your help .
